I’m back!

Yoga + Mindfulness

Saturdays 9-10am

on Zoom

This class blends traditional hatha and vinyasa yoga practices with strength conditioning and purposeful relaxation. Our intention is to become better students of our own bodies so we can move well and live well off the yoga mat. Expect to be challenged and nurtured along the way.

Suggested props (will vary from class to class): 2 blocks; strap, and 1-2 blankets

Classes on Zoom

Saturdays: 9-10am Yoga + Mindfulness (active yoga, strength conditioning, relaxation)

Tuesdays (on pause until further notice): 7-8pm Roll, Release + Restore (restorative yoga, therapeutic rolling, yoga nidra)
