My public classes and membership aim to help you find balance and reduce stress by strengthening the body and mind, placing attention on healthy alignment, and making time for purposeful relaxation.

Yoga + Mindfulness
Saturdays 9-10am
This class blends traditional hatha and vinyasa yoga practices with strength conditioning and purposeful relaxation. Our intention is to become better students of our own bodies so we can move well and live well off the yoga mat. Expect to be challenged and nurtured along the way.
Suggested props (will vary from class to class): 2 blocks; strap, and 1-2 blankets
