Hi! I’m Sarah.


I’m a full-time yoga teacher in the Bay Area. I specialize in delivering therapeutic and goal-oriented private and group yoga sessions to busy professionals, people healing from injuries and the yoga-curious. I’ve been teaching since 2010 and have an extensive background in therapeutics, functional movement and fascial release. My teaching style is straight forward, light hearted and informative.

When I’m not teaching, you can find me cycling through the hills, drinking coffee and rock climbing with my husband.

*The yoga therapy components of my teaching are based on my trainings in iRest with Dr. Richard Miller and Somatic Yoga Therapy with Janice Gates, not derived from my status as an RYT with Yoga Alliance Registry.
