This is a short practice for those times when you feel particularly stressed or overwhelmed. It's intended to help you learn how to feel emotions and sensations in the body - yoga from the inside out - listening to the direction of the body, not you telling the body what it needs in order to feel a certain way. You can do this practice on it's own or after a few simple postures; make it work for you.
